(b - 3/3.1.6) 1 : 4 : 8 stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all rcc structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1-cement:3-coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plasticizers (if required) excluding the cos
