| Tender Description | ARRANGEMENT FOR HOLDING ANNUAL FLOWER SHOW (2025-2026) AT BR-XVI ( SCOPE OF WORK )The work includes the following items to be executed:i) of pandal using bamboo, tarpauline and decorative fabric.ii) Fabrication of wooden and bamboo stageiii) Installation of PA system and lighting system for illumination pupose.iv) Arrangement for refreshment for guests and other general arrangements for organizing cultural programme including performers.v) Cleaning of the park immediately after the flower show ends.The works in sl no (i) to (iii) has to be executed within one day prior to the beginning of the flower show according to the direction and satisfaction of EIC and the agency is also required to be present with all the resources during the Flower Show days (tentatively for 4 days) to manage any emeregency and keep his personnels present for distribution of refereshment or any other assistance required during the show. |
