Tender Description chemical division has one atomic absorption spectrometer make perkin elmer model pinaacle 900t (sno.ptcs19110604) with cooling system (5.no. 319519070402) and one microwave digester make perkin elmer model titan mps (s.no. 313x9080901). amc of these instrument is going to expire in january 2026 and need to be a fresh amc. the amc for said instrument is not available directly on gem hence a tender may be uploaded on gem for one year i.e. 2025-26. the equipment is sophisticated in nature and requires expertise manpower for amc hence the following terms and condition may be included in tender :-1. vendor may visit to msme (tc) shaheed captain gaur marg, okhla new delhi in working hours within one week from publish date of bid for any clarification, regarding equipment. 2 pre bid meeting will be held on 03.01.2026 at 3.0 pm in this office. 3. preference will be given to the vendor having their office/service centre in delhi or delhi ncr for quick service.
