| Tender Description | carrying out consumer survey in order to collect identification details ,details of consumer connections,details of water consumption, details of water meter, details of meter status, consumer address & collecting all consumer data... etc. complete. supplying four colour ( multi colour) best quality water bills in a-4 size on 60 gsm paper preprinted on both sides as approved by the department etc.complete taking reading on mobile tab of each meter aprroching door to door of water meters with photo, and sending to central server through mobile network etc complete. qty. as per above item no.1 printing the water bill, processed on centerlised water billing software and provided in pdf copy on preprint stationary including, water meter photo/ picture and necessary information and printing on laser printer etc complete. charges for distribution of printed water bills to every consumer's home delivery and scanning of water prrof barcode already sticked on door for proof of receipt of bill. |
