Tender Description removing horizontal split case single stage , foot mounted centrifugal pump . the job includes closing suction side and delivery side valves, removing coupling bolts.lifting upper half case of pump and rotating element by using existing hot. transporting the rotataing element to the work shop safely. disassembling the rotating element using required tools and materials and make complete inspection and take necessary action if required, including labour, transportation charges. etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge including cost of materials , labour and hom of equipment. up to 720 hp;reconditioning of stuffing box of driving and non driving side as to house the gland packing and latern ring intact with proper clearence. the stuffing box shall have minimum five packing rings plus latern ring. packing ring sixe shall be 3/8" or larger. all auxiliaries for flushing of mechanical seal shall replaced with new one , complete as directed by engineer-in-charge , including cost of mat
