Tender Description restoration and precision restaking of stator coremotor details 720 hp, 3.3kv, 50hz, 4pole, s1 duty ngef induction motor. 1.initial diagnostic testing assessment conducting a comprehensive core loss test and infrared thermal mapping at rated induction levels to identify, record, and map all localized hotspots and calculate total core loss prior to dismantling 2. disassembly, stripping & cleaning careful removal of existing stator windings and dismantling of the core clamping system end rings. perform controlled unstacking of damaged sections. the remaining 80 percent of the core shall undergo meticulous cleaning to remove carbonized material and old varnish. manual separation of fused sheets and deburring shall be done strictly using fine whetstones; any grinding or filing causing interlaminar smearing is prohibited. 3 re insulation and component replacement application of a thin, uniform coat of class h, c5 type interlaminar varnish to all processed laminations. supply and insertion o
