| Tender Description | overhauling and servicing of double pole structure 6mtr and above housing the sets of la, gos, hg fuse etc. servicing of gos by opening the gos. check the gap between fixed contact and moving contact and also any pitting on the surface. replacing the fixed and moving contact and the worn out or rusted parts, contacts, springs, bolts and nuts in the contact arrangement. adjust the spring tension in the fixed contact to avoid loose contact between fixed and moving contacts. adjust the arcing arm in the gos and apply petroleum jelly for both contacts. replacing the hg fuse unit and fuse link and refixing using existing/new clamps, nuts and bolts etc. removing and refixing/replacing the lightning arrestor, checking and fastening of earth properly to the structure. removing and replacing (rabbit acsr conductors, jointing using pg clamps and binding them wherever required as per standard practice. removing and replacing pvc alkathine tubes to the three phase jumps. welding, grinding and cu |
