Tender Description PART - A (Repairs and Rehabilation works to Stores in Yard) Chip unsound/weak concrete material from beams, columns & walls of average thickness varies 25 to75mm with standard power driven percusision type or pneumatic chiesel of standard make as directed by engineer incharge including tappering all edges, making square shoulders of cavities etc., complete and disposal of debris to a lead of 100M and all as specified and directed by engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., (Nature of work is above 10m from GL) Providing 15mm thick cement plastering of in CM (1:6) over the wall surface etc., including necessary scaffolding, labour, required materials and cement (PPC-Ramco /Ultratech) etc., complete all as directed. Demolishing of RR/ PCC/ RCC/ Brick wall in Cement mortar by manually / mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material & handing over of useful materials to scrapyard / YCM Civil R&M section and disposal of unserviceable materials with in a 100M lead etc.,
