| Tender Description | supplying fabricating & fixing of intermediate gratings of building dock pump pit situated at 0.50m from chart datum (3.5m below ground level) in pump pits using ms angles, flat bars and channels. the gratings has to be fabricated as per drawing and check the measurements to suit the site before fabrication. the fabricated gratings has to be given one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of epoxy paint after cleaning the surface by wire brushing. the fabricated gratings has to be fixed in position after cutting and removing the corroded gratings and supporting plates and bolts and cleaning the surface for fixing of new fabricated gratings. rate quoted shall be inclusive of supplying, fabricating and fixing of gratings after removal & stacking of replaced gratings, handrails etc at location pointed out by the engineer-in-charge, cost of all labour, cost of all materials, hire charges for tools & plants, disposal of stacked gratings/ scraps to the nearest scrap yard, other incid |
