| Tender Description | tube cleaning and pressure testing of ihe/fhe in so2/acid plant. arrangement shall be made for cleaning of ihe&fhe in so2/acid plant. all tubes of ihe&fhe shall be cleaned thoroughly using wire brush. each tube is to be pressure tested with air. leaky tubes shall be identified and marked for plugging. cleaning of bottom plate,chamber, tube sheet, baffle plates, connected ducts and disposal of debris collected from the above activity shall be under the scope of the contractor.ihe & fhe - 1024 no. of tubes cleaning of various specialised process equipment, vessels, plant areas, cooler pipe surface and ducts. disposal of collected debris in the specified area as directed by the shift in charge concerned. (specified in nos and one number is defined as one worker for one man day with 8 hours of work in shifts as per the requirement |
