| Tender Description | supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of submersible vertical axial flow pumpset with the specifications listed below, suitable for handling fresh and silty water with rpm 960 (syn) or less. the material of construction of the casing, suction bell shall be cifg 260 with 2% nici, impeller cf8m (ss) with ss 316 or asi 410 shaft and vertical submerged column pipe and delivery pipe (varies from 5 to 10 m length as per site conditions) of ms (is 226) with 6 mm minimum thickness. a metallic non- corrosive strainer of mesh size not more than 50 mm x 50 mm should be fitted at mouth of suction column. any hanging portion of the delivery pipe should be supported with suitable metallic supporting frames or rcc pillars of suitable size as per site requirements. the prime mover for the pump should be 3 phase tewc squirrel cage submersible induction motor 415 v +/- 10%, 50 hz +/- 5% connection with class “f” insulation, cubicle type panel board with all necessary protection unit |
