Tender Description a. General cleaning of the machineb. By look/feel/listen principle, rectify all problems noticed while running the machinec. Check the level of the machine & adjustments to be made, if required.d. All sliding surface/guide ways, gibs, lead & nut etc to be checked thoroughly fordamages/defects, if any, and necessary repairs/rectification including minorscrapping/replacements, as may be required for smooth & trouble free operation of themachine to be carried out.e. Gear change levers/shift forks etc to be checked for proper functioning and if requiredrectification/replacement is to be done.f. All geometrical alignment of the machine to be checked and necessary correctionsadjustments to be carried out to minimize the errors within the acceptable limit.g. Main spindle play should be checked/re-adjusted.orh. All lubrication systems, pump, pipeline, lubrication points etc to be cleaned/checked and ifrequired, rectification/replacement is to be done.
