| Tender Description | servicing screen motors in fact-cochin division, ambalamedu. servicing bearing block and housing at one side of motor body: the scope of work includes removing the damaged groves in outer portion of the bearing block and inside bearing area of aluminium casing body. inserting sleeves in bearing block, welding the sleeves on bearing block, machining and final suiting the bearing block inside the aluminium casing. the modification shall be done to align the both side bearing centers in straight line for obtaining proper functioning of the shaft. welding of aluminium body: the scope of work includes proper cleaning of area, making‵v‵groove inside and outside of the , aluminum welding, strengthening using reinforcement plates, machining and suiting to required dimensions. |
