Tender Description replacement of damaged ci acid troughs from during ata2026, in sap fact-cd dismantling and fixing back of ci troughsmake necessary site arrangements/tools & tackles and necessary lifting arrangement for the work and use proper ppe kit for the work. after getting clearance open the top dummies and manhole of the and provide required scaffolding. candle filters shall be removed as per the requirement and to be kept in safe condition( for refixing it after the trough replacement work) . plasma cutting shall be arranged for cutting ss bolts. acid headers and distributions pipes shall be dismantled and taken out from circulation area one by one. after taking out the acid headers, all the cast iron acid troughs shall be dismantled in pieces and be taken out from . all the spray tubes shall be dismanlted and taken out beforehand.all the saddles shall be cleared from the spray tubes area, so that trough can be lifted easily. transport the spare ci troughs from the repair area to side.
