Tender Description testing od281491/2025-2026:conducting visual inspection of the entire exposed areas of the building, including the following activities:a) recording all visible blemishes/defects, marking their locations on drawings and photographing the same.b) identifying, measuring, and recording cracks wider than 0.2 mm using a width gauge, including measurement and documentation of length, direction, pattern, and location, and preparation of mapping.c) preparation and submission of a detailed inspection report comprising observations, mapping drawings, photographic documentation, measurements, and recommendations, complete in all respects.the inspection report along with all supporting documents shall be submitted in both hard copy and soft copy formats, complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge. od282487/2025-2026:conducting rebound hammer test on reinforced concrete structural elements such as columns, beams, and slabs, in accordance with is 516 (part 5), to assess surface hardness
