Details: Structural strengthening and waterproofing work of Delay tank near DCDA Acid Plant FACT UC Udyogamandal Dismantling carefully the damaged portion of the existing Acid Resistant Tiles including cast Castables of all thickness without disturbing the unaffected lining works from tanks , vessels, ducts, etc. of all shapes & sizes, neatly dressing and stacking the serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of the unserviceable dismantled items at low lying areas / places pointed out with in the factory premises. Chipping & removing damaged concrete layer, de-bonded concrete, cracked portion, loose concrete etc., to a depth of about 15mm behind the existing corroded/ damaged reinforcing bars in RCC structural members using chisel & hammer / concrete breaker machine in low vibration mode, cutting the perimeter of the damaged area to a minimum depth of 10mm using appropriate cutter, removing all damaged/ loose particles, loose plasters, surface preparation of concrete using wire brush/ scrappe
