| Tender Description | excavation of earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soils including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). all earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification of ministry of rural development for rural roads august, 2004 (two thousand four),c-1603.1, 1603.2 (clause - one thousand six hundred three point one, one thousand six hundred three point two) to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stack |
