| Tender Description | Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. Complete - Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. M&L White washing with distemper to give on even shade old work (two or more coats on the inside wall of the building Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade(double coat) . Cement plaster up to 30 cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement: 18 mm thick Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) Fixing chowkhats in existing opening including embedding chowkhats in floor |
