Tender Description 14.9 dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :14.9.1 of area 3 sqm and below. 14.23 dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the engineer- in-charge. 12.1) 12 mm cement plaster of mix . 12.1.) cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 12.2) 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 12.2.2) cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) . 10.42 providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to is: 15622 - 20
