Tender Description Dimolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in- charge. 14.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering. All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 12.1.2 In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ) Neat cement punning.
