| Tender Description | Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge. Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :Of area 3 sqm and below. Providing and fixing in position 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners 25mm dia pulley, 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide sufficiently long at the top and bottom |
