Tender Description maintenance free chemical earthing for 4 no. power transformer & 2 no. station transformer (supply+ ) copper bonded earth electrodes manufactured by molecularly bonding process where 99.9% pure electrolytic copper is bonded on to a high tensile (570n/sqmm as per is 630, grade fe 430a, bs 4360, grade 43a) low carbon bar drawn steel having 40mm dia 3m long with ere compound-25kgs. as the erec is a superior conductive material which improves earthing effectiveness, espically in areas of poor conductivity (rocky ground, areas of moisture variation, sandy soils etc) it improves conductivity of the earth electrodes and ground contact area by bearing following characteristics:i) high conductivity improves earth's absorbing power and humidity retention capabilityii) non-corrosive in nature having low water solubility but highly hygroscopiciii) suitable for installation in dry form or in a slurry formiv) depends on the continuous presence water to maintain its conductivityv) permanent & mainten
