Tender Description With reference to your RFQ RFP, I/ We, having examined the bidding Document and understood their contents, hereby submit Financial Bid for the aforsaid Project. The Financial Bid is unconditional and unqualified.I/ We hereby agree to pay to the authority a fix concession fee (the “Concession Fee”) of 15% of total realisable revenue per annum throughout the concession period payable with effect from Commercial Operation Date (COD). I/ We hereby submit our bid and offer to pay to the authority, with effect from commercial operation date (COD) by way of additional concession fee (the “Premium”) equal to { *The Percentage of additional concession fee (the “Premium”) will be quoted on Financial Bid } % (percent) of total Realisable revenue during that year, net of any taxes on revenue and for each subsequent year of concession period, the premium shall be determined by increasing the proportion of premium to the total realization revenue in respective year by an additional 1 % (one perce
