| Tender Description | plan and execute a comprehensive electrical safety and energy audit at aiims rishikesh, covering the hospital and residential complexes. the scope includes 33 kv and 11 kv ht panels, transformers, dg sets, ups systems, 415v lt panels, capacitor banks, bus trunking, hvac systems, cooling tower pumps lifts and other e&m equipment. the audit executed by skilled professionals using standard tools such as ir testers, earth testers, thermal imagers, and power quality analysers. it will involve visual inspection, insulation testing, earth resistance measurement, thermographic scanning, and power quality analysis. safety checks will assess grounding, fire protection, signage, emergency systems, and compliance with is standards, cea regulations, and iso 45001. the audit, to be completed within set timeframe, and conclude with a detailed report highlighting deficiencies, risks, test results, and recommendations. the final report will be submitted within the set timeframe as per scope of work and |
