Tender Description a. steel work (hall and superstructure) with principle dimensions length x breadth x depth = (18.5m x 6.5mx1.8m) bottom shell 8 mm thick side shell 8 mm thick deck 10 mm thick (for the vehicle movementarea) and balance 8 mm thick transoms 8 mm thickas per drawing ( inclusive ramp, super structure, deck structures) b. painting of the hull and superstructure hull exterior - 2 coats of epoxy primer (after sand / sort blasting), 2 coats of epoxy finish of approved make either akzonobel / jatun or equivalent standard. hull inside surface - including bulkheads, engine room total approximate area machinery and accessories main propelsion marine engines - 2 nos - 100 bhp @ 2000 rpm with matching reverse reduction hydraulic gear box of ashok leylandor equivalent approved type seamless pipe, stainless steel tail shaft, stainless steel - (ss 316 grade) propeller, cortlash rubber - gm, end bush, gun metal bushes with water tight sealant, ss nut & bolts,cross & cupplin - 2sets steering system -
