Tender Description rhob lance change damaged/worn out lance to be taken out after getting clearance fromsite i/c. bringing out lance to changing position & isolating lance byclosing all valves related media like oxygen, nitrogen, propane, water &air. depressurizing & disconnection of all media lines associated withtop lance. holding lance with crane, loosen clamps & rotate both clamps,lift lance & store in a stand. ready lance to be placed in lanceholder & after connection all media lines ,check for leakages if any byopening valves & rectify the same in case of leakages. clamp the lance &rotate to treatment position & required centering to be maintained.damaged/worn out to be cleaned by lancing & air, jam cutting can bedone either by lancing or by cutting. damaged /worn out barrel portionto be repaired as per site conditions. after necessary repair,w/testing of lance at 12bar to be done for any leakages & rectify same.change of nozzle to be done as per site conditions. marking and shiftingof ready lance
