| Tender Description | civil (renovation & furnishing) : removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12mm deep and removing the debris within 50m lead or as direction of e.i.c. clearing and removal of unwanted vegetation, such as bushes, shrubs, and small trees, from a tourism development office premises etc. completed dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead. apply a coat of damp proof compound (diluted with water in the ratio 2:1) as a self-priming coat at the rate 10 –11.00 sq.mt. /liter/coat in ssd condition. apply 1st coat of dr. fixit roofseal classic new at the rate of 0.50 / litre / sq.mt / coat. laying a 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat. while the 1st coat is still wet. allow the first coat to dry for 4-6 hours. apply second coat of dr. fixit roofseal classic new with the same application coverage. application direction of sec |
