| Tender Description | Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for oil bound distemper or emulsion or apex paint including sand papering the surface or scrapping by patti, applying filling with cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surfac |
