| Tender Description | Retile terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by reusing dismantled tile or bricks after cleaning and making tile serviceable for reuse, dismantling mud phaska and cleaning of mother slab properly (75 mm old earth and 25 mm new earth) after performing waterproofing treatment which will be paid separately. Laying 10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slopoe consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat brick tile, grouted with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat including replacing unserviceable tile or bricks with new ones ( the cost of mud included) complete in all respects same as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge .
