| Tender Description | annual rate contract for on-line sealing online sealing of steam/ hydrocarbon, acid and other leaks - box clamps fabrication, supply and fitment of box clamp with design and fabrication, required for on line sealing including supply of all raw materials, fastners, tools and tackles, manpower etc. as per iocl's "standard procedure and speification of online sealing job" and as required for completion of the job to the entire satisfaction of eic. note: 1) the clamps rates mentioned in sor is for the clamps fabricated in mild steel/ carbon steel metallurgy (is 2062 gr a /astm a 283 gr. c). in case of requirement of clamps in ibr/ss/as metallurgy, the sor rates for such clamps shall be escalated as mentioned below. however, contractor to take specific approval from eic for use of such metallurgy clamp prior to start of job. a) for cs, astm a 516 gr. 60 metallurgy clamp rate shall be 1.88 times of sor rate. b) for cs, astm a 516 gr. 70 metallurgy clamp rate shall be 1.94 times of sor |
