Tender Description 1. RCC Br. No.19/1 on J.D. Road (Kokrajhar Karigaon Road):-MR: Cleaning the portions of the bridges that's need to be treated. Identifying the cracks, honey combs and other vulnerable spots. MR: Chipping out the loose material from the effected concrete portions of the bridge, then application of an epoxy bond coat of MC Dur Solid 1200 or Equivalent over the surface. Patching the area with high strength epoxy mortar of MC Dur 1250 or Equivalent over the affected area. MR: Drilling holes and inserting on the Column, Garder, Cross Garder, Beam, Pier & other parts of concrete bridges. Providing and inserting of size 12 to 20 mm dia with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specifications. Sealing the nozzles with quick setting compound. MR: Injecting low viscous high strength epoxy injectable resin grouting compound of MC Dur 1264 or Equivalent through the by injecting pumps for strengthening of the bridges.
