Tender Description scope of work1. the scope of work under this contract includes providing a closed-cabin 4x4vehicles on hire, e.g mahindra bolero or equivalent on 10 hours daily duty basis(usually 09:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs.).2. each vehicle must be provided with one trained driver having valid commercialvehicle driving license and experience of driving in hilly terrains.3. the vehicles deployed must be registered as commercial vehicles in j&k and mustnot be older than the year 2021.4. the vehicles must have ac and heater in working condition throughout thecontract period.5. each driver must have a working cell phone for communication and must beavailable on call at all times.6. the vehicles will normally be deployed for offices and sites of srinagar /kupwara / bandipora / ganderbal but may be required to be taken to otherlocations within j&k. the vehicles shall be parked at project office / site office orat any other location as directed by the site-in-charge.7. the vehicles must be deployed on all days
