Tender Description servicing of split type hot and cold air conditioning units by using skilled labours and technicians. the job includes dismantling of indoor/outdoor unit filter and cleaning fins of coil by using suitabe vaccum cleaner. the job also includes removing of dust and dirt from the out door unit by way of spraying suitable compound and cleaning of drain pipe by way of spraying high pressure water. the job further includes the covering up of all the electrical items pertaing to the unit so that cleaning process may not damage the electrical items, the job further includes drying up of both indoor and outdoor unit with blower so that no trace of moisture can be there and checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement and then assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit followed by testing the performance of the ac unit on load. all tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm. providing and filling of (r-410/r-32/r-22) refrigrant
