Tender Description removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete. 15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 course sand) providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm) over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 meters lead of area of 3 sqm. and below providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed
