All work upto plinth level (1 Cement :3 F.A.(Natural/M-Sand) :6 C.A. ) with 20mm aggregate Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, Bases and coloumns (any thickness) including attatched pilasters Brick work with common burnt clay ( non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 12 mm thick plaster in 1:4 mortar Carriage of stone aggregate from source to site for an avg lead of 15 km Carriage of bricks for an avg leasd
