The job also includes extraction of M.S casing pipe if any required during the drilling work.Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe. The 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4 mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004, (Medium B - Class, weight per mtrs=18 kg) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4
