Foundation and plinth. Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 1mm thick Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) Wall painting with plastic emulsion |
