| Tender Description | 15mm thick cement plaster in (1:4) mix on brick masonary. p/l of 2mm thick wall putty on cement plaster and plinth. p/l of 25mm thick cement concrete flooring m-15 grade (1:2:) mix using 20mm thick stone aggregate. p/l of 10mm thick cement plaster p/f of woodwork for shutters of doors and windows half panneled and half glazed ist class kail wood. p/f of woodwork for wire guage shutters 30mm thick using ist class kailwood. finshing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade two or more coats. painting with syntetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture two or more coats. provision for kitchen fittings including bib ,wall mixer,soap case and other necessary items etc complete job provision for hrdware items tbolt,handles,glas panes 4mm thick complete job p/l of plinth protection of m-15(1:2:4) mix over dry brick etc. carriage of sand and bajri from baramulla by mt of 20km upto the site of work. cost of sign board with painting writing photograps complete job |
