| Tender Description | demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of engineer-in charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. all work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) providing and fixing of 10mm thick ply wood in room ceiling including supporting structure, wooden cornice, wooden beedings and 2 coats of synthetic enemal paint over primer coat incl putty and other fittings fixtures complete as per the directions of incharge engineer. providing, hoisting and fixing trusses/ purlins, rafters/ posts, plates or like components including cost of nails, screws all complete job. imported kd wood. providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water |
