| Tender Description | complete cleaning of radiators installed inside various blocks of the hospital by way of removing of dirt etc using suitable-sized wire brushes, followed by impinging high-pressure water. the job also includes fixing of damaged portions if any, by brazing. the inside of the radiator shall be cleaned by circulating with a cleaning aid or any other relevant cleaning solution and water of required strength continuously for 1/2 hour or more with the help pump.brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth, and litmus paper required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. the damaged gaskets, fasteners, etc, including welding jobs for rectifying any leakages to pipes, including remova of dents, if any to the radiator. servicing/preventive maintenance/repair works for 4 lac kcal/hr capacity hot water generator by way of opening the hot water generator, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside both in case of coil and the shell, removing of soot and carbon deposits.the inside o |
