| Tender Description | Replacement of bearings of 167 HP VT motor and allied works of unit no.-I of Intake-III at Sitlee. Dismantling of motor by way of extracting out the rotor from the stator and damaged bearings from the rotor shafts. Rebuilding of rotor shaft by using superior quality welding electrodes, turning and polishing it to the required size. Providing and fitting of bearings NU-318 and 6314 at both ends of rotor shaft – 1 no. each. Repair to motor covers by way of fabrication and fitting of sleeves to covers and turning to bearing size. Providing and fitting of motor fan – 1 No. Assembling of rotor and stator and shifting it to the site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and carriage, to and fro. |
