| Tender Description | Air Swing:Providing, designing and fixing of airs swinging pair ofsize 1150x900x1250 mm fabricated with main post of140mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mmdia 3.00 mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubularMS pipe and powder coated using Akzo Nobel orequivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All welding joints ofpipe are well welded with joints scalloped as necessaryand dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zincprimer paint to be applied at all welding points prior tofinishing. Seat and Base plate cover shall be made upof LLDPEmanufactured by rotational mouldingwith minimum thickness of plastic 4.00mm, colourfuland UV resistant environmental friendly.Bearing usedshall be maintained free, duly oiled sealed andselflubricated made by reputed company to beapproved by Engineer-in-Charge.
