Tender Description Structural steel ,fabrication, rolling, bending,machining,jig assembly drilling, welding and shop fabrication of tapered staircase whose bottom dia is approximate 14 feet and top dia is 5 feet and height of chimney is 45 mtr. Surface preparation by grit blasting (SA 2.5),hot dip galvanizing and application /weather resistant industrial coating system complete Fabrication of curved stringers, stair flights, hand rails, toe plates, landing brackets and prefabricated modules complete. Transportation, heavy duty crane deployment, scaffolding, rigging, lifting, at 45 m height ,alignment ,welding, NDT testing, Safety arrangements, certified welders, skilled riggers and commissioning complete. Supply and fixing of heavy duty anchor fasteners/chemical anchors, fixing brackets, bolts, nuts and all accessories complete. Fabrication and of monitoring platform 6 feet x 4 feet at 30 mtr height complete with guard rails ,toe plates and structural supports suitable for minimum safe load of 350
