(ānbā stands for nominal bore i.e., internal diameter of pipe in millimetres). all pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick akzo nobel or equivalent paints. all joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. base plate cover made of lldpe plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, uv resistant and coloured. foothold made of nb 50mm (g.i) ācā class pipe. seat to be made up from lldpe plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, coloured, uv resistant and environmental friendly. maintenance free bearings of skf or equivalent make duly oil sealed and self-lubricated are used i |
