Tender Description “per test cost” in case of single cov applied byapplicantshould include all charges towards all the services(hardware, software, manpower, integration, cloudservices and data storage etc.) as per scope defined inthe rfp.note:1. the commercial bid evaluation will be all inclusive, excluding gst. gst will be paid over and above the commercial bid quoted.2. all the prices are to be entered in indian rupees only3. i/we agree to submit detailed line-item wise priced boq as and when requested by psts, which shall be considered to be valid for the entire contract period along with justification for "per test cost" being quoted . 4. we agree, anytime during the project period, psts reservces the right to ask the bidder to submit proof for payment against any of the taxes, duties, levies indicated.
