Tender Description s & f in repairs, installation, commissioning and 1phase street light timer switch shall be asta cpri oem made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should be not less than 225 x 295 x 122 mm . the polycarbonate shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. the junction box shall be rated for degree of ingress protection ip 66/67/69 in accordance with iec 60529.weatherproof uv-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. the gasket material of jb shall be polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. the street light timer switch box shall be complies with requirements of the standards iec 60998 - 1, iec 60670 - 22 & iec 60670 - 2 - 5. the jb colour according to ral 9011. the manufacturer of street light timer switch enclosure shall submit a copy of iec certificate . for better safety the polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with iec 60695 - 2 - 11
