Tender Description as per the letter 1615 dated 07.06.2024 of bihar state minority financial corporation, bihar, patna, loan recovery camp has been organized for the applicants from 26.06.2024 to 28.06.2024 at district minority welfare office, saran. a camp is being organized in chhapra, in which the applicants should attend and ensure to deposit the loan outstanding amount.through this press release, interest and penal interest will be payable on the outstanding amount for recovery of loan amount distributed under chief minister minority employment loan scheme, nmdfc term loan, and education loan scheme. apart from this, civil and criminal cases can also be filed against the defaulter concerned. any explanation given by the borrower for not paying the outstanding loan in the recovery camp will not be accepted and legal action will be taken against the concerned defaulter.
