| Tender Description | coa shall be submitted along with each supply for each type of cylinder.2. the composition of these cylinders’ stability should be min.12 months, filling capacity: as perstandard pressure, water capacity (l): 10l3. refilled cylinders of hurl shall be supplied within 45 days after intimation received from officer incharge of hurl.4. cleaning, degreasing & actioning of hurl cylinder if required.5. supplied cylinder after refilling of calibration gases should be without any leakage. if any leakageobserved from the valve during receipt, cylinder will not be accepted.6. empty calibration cylinders carried from hurl site with cylinders caps need to be dispatched withcaps fitted properly after filling.7. cylinder shall be with bull nose fitting and with female thread.8. in case cylinder valve leaks, the supplier needs to carry out all the required activities to address theissue prior to refilling and dispatch.9. carrying empty cylinder and sending filled cylinders to hurl site is under bidder |
