| Tender Description | safe demount of pole of abb make 132 kv sf-6 circuit breaker (type-ltb145d1/b, mfy. 2015) of 132 kv phoolpur ckt.-i for attending gas leakage. inspection and rectification of gas leakage of 132 kv sf-6 circuit breaker. job includes opening of b-phase assembly from upper and lower terminal flanges, cleaning of all groves of flanges and porcelain with petrol, scrubber pad and acrylic solution. replacement of all o-ring of the pole and gas pipe fittings by applying annabond adhesive. reassembly & of pole then evacuation of pole upto 0.76 mpa after testing of vaccum for 12 hours and satisfactory result, refilling of sf-6 gas upto required level. checking of proper operation of circuit breaker from local and remote. cost includes all materials, t&p and other associated work including sf-6 gas completed the job satisfactorily. |
