Details: boq m-150 brick work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 f.m. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials,labour and t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work. same as item no. 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 f.m.mortar.(sor 305a) as in item 303 to 307 above but in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1.5 brick.add extra labour to above items.(sor 309) 12 mm plaster finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.
